On the lower middle market side, Venice Capital seeks targets in manufacturing, service and media, which typically have adjusted operating profits ranging from $250,000 to $3 million annually, solid management teams in place, a diverse customer base, a stable pipeline of work and growth potential, either organically or via M&A. Venice Capital is always willing to incentivize management through ownership and profit sharing opportunities, as well as, to work closely with management to provide access to future capital, financial expertise and to help develop and execute long-term growth plans.   Venice Capital’s investments in the lower middle market companies are accomplished through leveraged buyout transactions, private equity transactions and debt financings.
